Medline Industries - Senior ETL Developer - Talend

Required skills :

• 4 year degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years ETL Experience with ETL tools (Talend).
• Solid grasp of RDBMS concepts, particularly related to MSSQL and ORACLE.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Skills :
• Knowledge of ERP SAP, SAP HANA
• 2+ years of Java :
• Design, development, testing, maintenance and support of complex data extracts.
• Develop standards, policies and procedures for ETL-related activities, including data movement, quality and cleansing.
• Ensure design consistency with development standards and guidelines.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, DBAs and system administrators.
• Actively participate in design and analysis sessions to determine appropriate ETL solutions and architecture.
• Investigate and resolve complex problems related to data integration and transformation.
• Adhere to IS Department policies best practices and work successfully within an iterative SDLC Qualification :
• IT Graduate (BE, BTech, MCA) preferred.
