We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist with at least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns — preferably in the real estate sector .
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and optimize high-performing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for real estate projects.
- Research and set up precise audience targeting based on location, demographics, and buyer personas.
- Write compelling ad copy and work with the creative team to produce eye-catching visuals and videos.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
- Implement A / B testing for creatives, ad formats, and bidding strategies.
- Ensure proper pixel setup, event tracking, and lead form integration.
- Stay up to date with Meta Ads trends and real estate marketing best practices.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience running Meta Ads campaigns.Proven track record in real estate lead generation is highly preferred.Strong understanding of audience segmentation, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization.Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.Ability to manage budgets effectively and meet campaign KPIs.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Nice to Have
