We’re seeking a motivated Solar Technician to join our growing team and help us power a cleaner future. Install, maintain, and repair solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. Conduct site assessments and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues. Perform testing, commissioning, and inspections to ensure system performance and compliance with safety standards. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Work closely with project managers, electricians, and engineers to ensure timely project completion. Provide exceptional customer service during installations and service calls. ITI or diploma (Associate’s degree or trade school certification preferred). Previous experience in solar PV installation or electrical work required. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
