Role Description :

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Electrical & Mechanical at Navayuga Engineering Company Ltd. located in Hyderabad.
• The Head of Electrical & Mechanical will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems in various projects.
• Day-to-day tasks include leading a team of engineers, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, coordinating with other departments, and managing project timelines and budgets to ensure timely Experience in Electrical System Design and Maintenance
• Proficiency in Mechanical System Planning and Implementation
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with Safety and Regulatory Standards
• Excellent project management and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the infrastructure and construction industry is a plus
