About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in the commercial management of high-value electrical projects across various industrial and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage BOQs, cost plans, and profit forecasts
• Administer subcontracts, valuations, and final accounts
• Issue interim and final applications, including remeasures, site changes, and dayworks
• Attend commercial meetings with clients and internal project teams
• Ensure timely payment certifications and manage retentions as per contract
• Manage subcontractor accounts and negotiate change orders
• Identify and escalate commercial risks appropriately
• Collaborate with Planning Engineers to align progress reporting
• Maintain accurate and detailed commercial records
