Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Hyderabad. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing project costs efficiently, preparing and verifying Bills of Quantities (BOQ), providing cost planning and cost control throughout project lifecycles, and producing detailed cost reports. The role also involves close collaboration with project teams to ensure the delivery of projects within budget and timelines.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Cost Control, Cost Planning, and Cost Management to ensure efficient use of financial resources
• Proficiency in preparing and verifying Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for accurate measurement and estimation for EPC Contracts.
• Experience in generating detailed Cost Reporting for project tracking and financial transparency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in relevant quantity surveying software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of local construction practices and regulations in Hyderabad is preferred
