Zoapi is a collaboration and conferencing platform for future workspaces, specializing in meeting room solutions. The company offers two main products : Zoapi Hub, which transforms conventional meeting rooms into smart meeting rooms, and Zoapi Room Scheduler, an iOS and an Android app for managing meeting room bookings. Both products are integrated and managed through a single Zoapi dashboard, streamlining conferencing and collaboration in workspaces.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Intern at Zoapi's Bengaluru location. The Inside Sales Intern will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales calls, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes daily tasks such as identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, providing product information, and maintaining communication with prospects and clients.

Qualifications

• Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in sales or customer service roles is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
