Job Overview

We are seeking Junior Export Sales Executives specializing in the pharma sector to join our Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate should have 0 to 3 years of experience in export sales and demonstrate strong abilities in international client interaction and lead generation. This is a full-time position designed for highly motivated individuals eager to contribute to our global market expansion.

Qualifications and Skills

• International Sales (Mandatory skill) : Develop and manage export strategies to increase market presence and achieve sales targets across international territories.
• Client Relationship Management (Mandatory skill) : Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential international clients to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead Generation (Mandatory skill) : Demonstrated ability to identify and develop potential business opportunities and convert leads into successful sales.
• Logistics Coordination : Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient shipment and delivery of products to clients around the globe.
• MS Office : Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, notably Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Incoterms : In-depth understanding of Incoterms to ensure compliance with international trading practices.
• Customer Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and resolve any inquiries or issues.
• Order Processing : Accurate and efficient processing of customer orders while maintaining attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction.
