Job Description

We are seeking a project management and people skills enthusiast with a passion for curriculum development and a desire to make a real impact.

• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the subject matter – Leadership, Emotional  Intelligence, People skills, Project management and Change management.
• Display a passion for explaining management concepts in simple words.
• Develop and design curriculum content for corporate training courses, including learning flow, interactives, and follow-up activities for adult learners.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure that curriculum content is accurate, relevant, and up to date.

Requirements

1.Any UG / PG degree (English, Commerce, Management, Social Science, Psychology, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related fields will be beneficial) 2. Minimum of 0-1 years of experience developing content in the field of people skills. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
