Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the sales team with technical and product-related support during the sales cycle.
- Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions with guidance.
- Create presentations, solution documents, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, product, marketing) to gather inputs for client pitches.
- Participate in client meetings and calls along with senior sales / presales members.
- Provide demo / trial support and basic product walkthroughs (with training).
- Learn and understand product features, use cases, and industry trends.
- Maintain documentation and update CRM systems with customer interactions.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant internship / experience.Basic understanding of software solutions / IT products / business applications.Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Willingness to learn about presales, sales processes, and technical solutions.Preferred Skills :
Good communication and presentation skills.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Interest in customer-facing roles.Knowledge of CRM tools (like Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.Skills Required
