JD For Process Associate

Responsibilities

Classify medical data and documents into database systems.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of processed data and documents

Collaborate with team members to ensure that processes are completed in a timely manner

Identify and report any errors, discrepancies or anomalies in processed data or documents

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all data protection policies and procedures

Ensure compliance with all established procedures and guidelines

Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes

Verify data by comparing it to source documents

Requirement and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

Good verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure

Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality

Knowledge of data entry and document processing procedures and standards

Strong comprehension skills

Have strong attention to detail and being observant, focused, and analytical

Capability of learning client applications and software required for a job.
