Human Resources Operations Specialist

Job descriptionPrepare and verify monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, reimbursements, etc.). Should have done Inhouse payroll processings. Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS). Handle reimbursements, expense claims, and related employee queries. Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy in employee data. Generate HR reports and analytics for management review. Ensure compliance with all statutory and labor laws. Coordinate internal and external HR audits; prepare required documentation. Maintain compliance registers and support inspections. Manage end-to-end exit formalities including resignation acceptance, clearance, and FnF. Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding experience. Liaise with finance and payroll for settlement processing. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5- 6 years of experience in HR Operations within a mid- to large-scale organization. Strong understanding of payroll, statutory compliance, and audit processes. Proficiency in HRIS tools, Excel, and ERP / HRMS platforms. Excellent organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail. Hands-on experience with end-to-end HR audits and compliance documentation. Exposure to automation tools or HR digitization initiatives. Strong ethical orientation and confidentiality in handling employee data.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations professional who can manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll, HRIS management, expense processing, audits, and compliance, ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations across the organization.

- Manage employee documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities.
- Ensure accurate creation and maintenance of employee records in HRIS.
