Shift Timings : 6 : 30PM to 3 : 30AM IST

Job Description :

1.Must have solid database of RN, CNA and LPN / LVN Profiles across USA.

2.Solid Communication Skills. Demonstrate high level of professionalism over calls with Nurses.

3.Solid Negotiation Skills.

4.Stay up to date with latest healthcare industry trends and hiring practices

5.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

6.Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships

7.Manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate candidate data in applicant tracking system

8.Ability to work independently and as part of a team

9.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

10.Bachelor Degree of Science is highly Preferred. i.e., Nurse, pharmacy, Medical Laboratory, Biology.
