About This Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead complex ERP and transformation programmes across multiple markets. This role is central to driving change and integration, enhancing business effectiveness, and ensuring successful cross-market implementations. The individual will be responsible for managing programme governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of high-impact projects within budget and timelines. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate a multicultural and virtual environment.

What You Will Do

• Lead and manage large-scale SAP transformation programmes across multiple markets.
• Ensure scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables are met using robust planning, tracking, and risk management techniques.
• Collaborate with system integrators, Group and local market teams, and central functions (FinOps, SCM, BI, IT) to shape and execute programme delivery.
• Establish governance processes and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure timely decision-making and issue resolution.
• Drive detailed delivery of workstreams, manage risks and escalations, and report progress across the programme scope.
• Influence senior stakeholders (D and E band) to facilitate smooth delivery and alignment with business needs.
