Administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Slackintegrations.
Manage user and group setup within Jira, Confluence, and Slack to ensure secure,role-based access.
Formulate technical solutions using Atlassian tools and plugins to improveworkflows and collaboration.
Create and maintain Jira projects, filters, dashboards, and reports for multiple teams.Configure and maintain screen schemes, notification schemes, and permissionschemes.
Build and optimize custom workflows, post functions, and validators to supportstandardized delivery.
Set up and manage Confluence spaces, templates, and permissions fordocumentation and project wikis.
Design and manage Jira / Confluence dashboards to report metrics such as cycle time,SLA compliance, and release readiness.
Serve as the Atlassian SME, driving adoption, troubleshooting issues, andimplementing best practices.
Provide user support, training, and documentation to improve self-service andplatform literacy.
Partner with backend and infrastructure teams to maintain 24×7×365 uptime andintegrations (this role does not manage backend servers directly).
Requirements
4–7 years of experience administering Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management, andConfluence.
Strong understanding of Atlassian plugins, automation, and REST APIs.Proven ability to design custom workflows, dashboards, and automation rules.Hands-on experience with user / group management, project configuration, andpermission governance.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps delivery practices.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across Product,Engineering, QA, and Ops.
