Responsibilities

• Administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Slack integrations.
• Manage user and group setup within Jira, Confluence, and Slack to ensure secure, role-based access.
• Formulate technical solutions using Atlassian tools and plugins to improve workflows and collaboration.
• Create and maintain Jira projects, filters, dashboards, and reports for multiple teams.
• Configure and maintain screen schemes, notification schemes, and permission schemes.
• Build and optimize custom workflows, post functions, and validators to support standardized delivery.
• Set up and manage Confluence spaces, templates, and permissions for documentation and project wikis.
• Design and manage Jira / Confluence dashboards to report metrics such as cycle time, SLA compliance, and release readiness.
• Serve as the Atlassian SME, driving adoption, troubleshooting issues, and implementing best practices.
• Provide user support, training, and documentation to improve self-service and platform literacy.
