Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-Sales Consultant / Manager – IT Infrastructure Solutions based in Gurgaon. The Pre-Sales Consultant / Manager will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their IT infrastructure needs, and providing tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include technical consulting, preparing and delivering presentations, assisting the sales team with proposals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of communication with clients. The role will also involve coordinating with other teams to ensure seamless delivery and post-sales support.
