Your Role And Responsibilities

We develop and implement business-driven strategies, enhance HR systems, and work closely with the business to improve end-to-end HR processes, manage data, and oversee global systems. We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience who can take on the role of HRPX IS   Technology SME   for   Learning and Talent within the HRXP Organization. Your role will be to support daily operations for Talent and Learning HRIS applications purchased on demand, developed for ABB reasons or purchased via a subscription for the Learning and Talent process areas. Besides this, you will also support SIT with oversight from the Release / Test Manager and ensure applications operate as intended post software changes.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Supporting daily operations of the Talent & Learning tools.
• Supporting with Mass Data, installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of Learning and Talent and cross-functional processes related to IS Services.
• Taking action to ensure targets are met within established safety and quality procedures, corrects malfunctions, calling on other experienced colleagues and external resources to make sure services are delivered in a proactive way.
• On assignment and request - identifying, proposing, advising and implementing existing IS technology and IS solutions / services for Talent & Learning, sharing knowledge and guiding others on implementation and operation, using understanding of existing technology and business requirements.
