Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Lead – Resourcing to drive the identification, onboarding, and management of Guest Faculty , Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) , and Teaching Assistants (TAs) for online and offline learning programs in the IT / ITES domain . This role is instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality learning experiences by partnering with experienced professionals and academic experts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent sourcing, stakeholder collaboration, and operational execution in an academic or corporate learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard Guest Faculty, SMEs, and TAs for technical and non-technical courses across online and offline delivery formats.
- Source professionals with a minimum of 7+ years of industry experience to enrich training quality and real-world applicability.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of trainers, freelancers, and consultants for various subject areas, with a strong focus on the IT / ITES sector.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with academic teams, program managers, and instructional designers to assess resourcing requirements and define faculty profiles.Act as a liaison between internal teams and external trainers, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of deliverables.Onboarding & Engagement
Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process including documentation, contracts, and orientation for new faculty and TAs.Ensure trainers and SMEs are well-prepared to deliver engaging and pedagogically sound sessions (both live and recorded formats).Teaching Assistant Sourcing & Deployment
Recruit and assign Teaching Assistants based on course complexity, size, and learning objectives.Monitor and manage TA performance, providing guidance and support to ensure delivery standards are maintained.Quality Assurance & Feedback
Conduct regular performance reviews and collect feedback from stakeholders and learners.Maintain a high-quality content development and delivery benchmark , aligned with institutional goals and industry trends.Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of talent acquisition principles with the ability to assess technical expertise and teaching potential.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Hands-on experience in managing freelance educators, consultants, and training vendors .High degree of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and matrixed environment .Proficiency in using MS Office, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and project management tools .Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Education, Business , or a related field.Master’s degree (preferred) in Education Management, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or related discipline .Experience
6–10 years of experience in faculty resourcing, academic staffing, corporate training, or L&D functions .Proven experience in managing trainer networks in the IT / ITES sector is highly desirable.Exposure to online learning platforms (Coursera, edX, Moodle, etc.) and understanding of content development life cycles.
