About the Role :
- Promote and sell company products or services to customers in assigned areas or markets
- Identify potential customers and generate new sales leads through field visits and networking
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers effectively
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by management
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Ensure proper display, stocking, and merchandising of products at retail outlets (if applicable)
- Collect payments and ensure timely submission of sales orders and reports
- Keep track of competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Coordinate with the sales team and management for promotional activities and customer engagement
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification2 to 6 years of experience in sales, retail, or field selling rolesStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendationsWillingness to travel and work in the field as requiredSkills Required
