Job Title : S&OP Manager (Sales & Operation Planning)

- Building the S&OP Frameworks and setting up the rulebook to achieve 95% inventory utilization.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for sales and operations alignment, ensuring synchronization with organizational goals and market trends.
- Optimizing inventory levels and SKU assortment to meet demand while minimizing carrying costs, obsolescence, and stockouts. Ensuring fill rate of 99% for high demand SKUs.
- Coordinating with the procurement team to raise PO’s, release orders and schedule dispatches that align with sales forecasts, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demand.
- Establishing KPIs and monitoring performance of business and procurement teams against projections and targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Orchestrating b / w sales, category, operations, and finance to ensure alignment of goals, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement.
- Identifying potential risks to sales and operations, such as stock outs or overstock situations and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on profitability.
- Reviewing monthly Demand and generating the demand for new buying monthly / yearly,
Qualifications :
Education : Graduate in any discipline Preferably Engineering + MBAExperience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in Handling Sales & Operation planning for multiple sku. Import Planning & Procurement will be an added advantage.Skills :
Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and storytelling skills.Experience of Handling large no. of products planning.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of adaptability.Passion for start-ups and entrepreneurship
