Job Title : Trainer & Counsellor

About Us :

Respicite is an EdTech Platform that provides digital platform and AI-based assessment tools to counsellors in several domains, including career, parenting and overseas. It also provides study abroad counselling services. We are looking for a trainer cum counsellor to join our team.

Training Responsibilities

On-line training to our partner counsellors based on the organizational training content

Collaborate with support team for smooth onboarding experience.

Counselling Responsibilities

First point of contact for counselling leads, building rapport and facilitating qualification

Assist senior counsellors in student intake, documentation, and follow-ups.

Handle basic counselling under supervision — addressing common student / parent queries.

Training Phase (3 Weeks) :

Undergo structured training on our proprietary counselling platform and tools.

Learn the basics of study abroad counselling, documentation, and student profiling.

Eligibility & Skills Required :

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education / Arts / Psychology / Business preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written); regional language is a plus.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with Google Workspace or MS Office.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and customer empathy.
