Position Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Analyst to lead payroll operations for the French region. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution using established payroll platforms. The analyst will also manage employee inquiries and issue resolution through an internal support ticketing system.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for France, ensuring compliance with local labor and tax regulations.
- Maintain and validate payroll data, ensuring accurate integration with HR systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data consistency across platforms.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of payroll data and reports.
- Support statutory filings, year-end processes, and ensure adherence to French compliance requirements.
- Participate in testing and validation of payroll system updates and integrations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay current on changes in French payroll legislation and ensure ongoing compliance.
Qualifications :
Demonstrated experience in French payroll operations, ideally within a global or multi-country environment.Proficiency with French payroll systems and experience integrating with HR platforms.Familiarity with employee support ticketing systems.Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills in both French and English.Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment.Solid understanding of French labor laws, social security, and payroll tax regulations.
