Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Amusement Park Center Manager, located in Lucknow. SCR The Center Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the amusement center and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include staff supervision, creating schedules, managing budgets, overseeing customer service standards, ensuring safety compliance, and collaborating with teams to develop engaging recreational programs and activities.

• Customer Service experience with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
• Knowledge of Recreation and organizing engaging activities
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in managing large-scale recreational or amusement facilities is advantageous
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in management, hospitality, or related fields
