Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Robotics Engineer Trainer with over 10 years of hands-on expertise in robotics system design, programming, integration, and industrial automation. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the technical skills of engineers, technicians, and students in robotics and automation technologies. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of robotic systems (such as FANUC, ABB, KUKA, or UR), control systems, and mechatronic integration, along with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Training Program Design :
- Develop and structure training modules for robotics engineering covering industrial robots, programming, system integration, and maintenance.
- Technical Delivery :
- Conduct hands-on and classroom sessions on robotic system setup, motion control, path programming, and troubleshooting.
- Curriculum Development :
- Prepare technical manuals, e-learning content, and standard operating procedures for robotics training.
- Industry Application :
- Train participants on real-world applications in sectors like automotive, medical devices, electronics, and precision manufacturing.
- System Integration :
- Teach integration of robots with PLCs, sensors, vision systems, and conveyors.
- Programming Expertise :
- Train in robot programming languages (RAPID, KRL, PDL2, URScript, etc.) and simulation tools like RoboGuide, RobotStudio, or Process Simulate.
- Safety & Compliance :
- Ensure adherence to industrial safety and ISO standards in robotics training environments.
- Mentorship & Assessment :
- Mentor trainees, conduct evaluations, and recommend continuous improvement strategies.
- Innovation & Technology Updates :
- Stay updated with emerging technologies like collaborative robots (cobots), AI-based vision, and Industry 4.0 applications.
Required Skills & Experience :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.10+ years of industry experience in robotics integration, programming, and automation systems.Proven experience in industrial robot brands (FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa, UR, Mitsubishi, etc.).Strong understanding of PLC systems, HMI, sensors, and control systems.Hands-on experience with robot simulation and offline programming software.Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.Familiarity with ISO 10218, CE Marking, and safety standards for robotic systems.Experience working in manufacturing, automotive, or medical devices industries preferred.Preferred Certifications :
Certified Robotics Programmer (ABB / FANUC / KUKA / UR).PLC programming certification (Siemens / Allen Bradley).Industry 4.0 or Automation Systems certification.Skills Required
