What Youll Be Doing :

Roles & Responsibilities

• Participate in technical and US healthcare domain training sessions as needed based on existing skillsets.
• Deliver standardized reporting suites to internal and external stakeholders ensuring thorough quality checks under senior guidance.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests including :

Creating new reports and dashboards

Update ticket statuses and labels regularly
