We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Executive Assistant to join our Corporate Treasury team. This role is located in CHENNAI

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways :

• Provide comprehensive administrative support including calendar management, travel coordination, expense report and meeting logistics.
• Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site.
• Requires ability to effectively prioritize competing requests. Activities span most administrative areas such as word processing, data entry, scheduling / calendaring, organization, etc.
• Regularly uses standard business software (e-mail, Microsoft Teams, spreadsheets, etc.) to accomplish work.
• Regularly participates in special ad-hoc assignments requiring interaction across the team / teams.
