Established in 2020, MUFG Global Service Private Limited (MGS) is 100% subsidiary of MUFG Bank Ltd having offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai. About the Role

Position Title : Business Tech Analyst

Job Profile / Primary Responsibilities

The candidate will have the ability to collaborate with others, the ability to manage projects and processes, and the ability to multi-task.

• Work closely with compliance, technology, and business personnel, and would be expected to quickly gain an understanding of the firms businesses and the rules and regulations under which the firm operates.
• Assess business process and system inefficiencies and identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive) .Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes.

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI for stakeholders inbusiness, operations, and compliance.

Design and integrate Power Apps with Power BI and other enterprise data sources to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Write and optimize SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) across multiple systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, actionable insights.

Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and adherence to compliance and governance standards.

Document BI solutions, workflows, and data models for transparency and audit readiness.

Provide support and troubleshooting for BI tools and automation processes.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development and Microsoft Power Platform.

Proven experience with Power Automate and Power Apps in enterprise environments.

Strong command of SQL and experience writing complex database scripts.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

Expertise in Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) and Power Query Formula Language.

Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and performance tuning.

Understanding compliance, governance, and data privacy regulations.
