Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Broker, located in Gurugram. The Insurance Broker will be responsible for providing expert advice on insurance options, managing customer interactions, and supporting clients in choosing the best policies to meet their needs. Additional responsibilities include negotiating with insurance providers, assisting clients with claims processing, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Insurance Brokerage and expertise in various types of insurance (Life, Health, General, and Vehicle)
• Understanding of financial concepts, including Retirement Planning and other related areas
• Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze and compare insurance policies and recommend the most suitable options
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
