The Opportunity - Senior Engagement Manager, South Asia

As Grok's South Asia team continues to expand, we're seeking a dedicated, people-focused professional to drive engagement management, staff supervision, talent acquisition, and ecosystem development across South Asia.

In this role, you will help shape team culture, elevate the staff and client experience, and strengthen Grok's operational and organisational capability in one of our fastest-growing regions.

You will play a key part in supporting our people, deepening regional partnerships, and ensuring we attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent. This is a rare opportunity to combine operational leadership with sector influence and make a lasting impact!

What You'll Do

Lead and Support Our People

  • Provide professional and pastoral supervision to South Asia–based staff.
  • Foster a positive, consistent, high-performance culture across office and remote environments.
  • Strengthen regional processes and support the annual performance appraisal cycle.

Strengthen Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support onboarding for new clients and new client relationships.
  • Drive engagement initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to enhance systems and service delivery.
  • Drive Talent Acquisition Excellence

  • Assist with key stages of recruitment, including screening, shortlisting and interviewing.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction to ensure a seamless start for new hires.
  • Grow Grok's South Asia Ecosystem

  • Support regional leaders in building relationships with key agencies, institutions, and market bodies.
  • Promote a strong office culture through training, development, and local staff initiatives.
  • Maintain visibility of staff morale, engagement, and organisational health.

    Ideal candidates will have :

  • A bachelor's degree
  • Experience supervising or supporting staff
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication ability
  • A proactive, caring, and solutions-oriented approach
  • Experience with client engagement or stakeholder management
  • Familiarity with education, international markets, or professional services (desirable)
  • A passion for supporting people and building positive team culture
