Duck Creek Policy Developer

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Duck Creek Policy Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge and hands-on expertise in Duck Creek Policy, with a deep understanding of its associated modules, including Billing, Clarity, and Claims.

As a Duck Creek Policy Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Duck Creek solutions, focusing on Pages, Manuscripts, Edits, and XML development.

Your primary responsibilities will involve creating and optimizing rating logic, as well as developing and debugging solutions in alignment with business you will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, ensuring that the solutions meet their needs and Responsibilities :

• In this role, you will work with Duck Creek Policy to develop and implement solutions for the Billing, Clarity, and Claims modules.
• You will be responsible for developing Pages, Manuscripts, Edits, and XML, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• You will also be expected to create and debug rating logic as well as develop and optimize forms for Quotes, Rating Worksheets, Declarations, and sub-forms.
• Expertise in working with merge fields will also be required.
• The role will also require you to collaborate with the team and clients in requirement gathering, ensuring that the developed solutions meet the business needs and comply with industry standards.
• You will need to be familiar with the Example Suite (including Example Author, Express, Server, TransAct, and Util) and should have experience in debugging and implementing business logic.
• Familiarity with Trace Monitor and SQL Server is essential for troubleshooting and enhancing system Skills :
• To be successful in this role, you should have a solid background in Duck Creek Policy, specifically with expertise in the Billing, Clarity, and Claims modules.
• Strong experience in Pages, Manuscripts, Edits, and XML development is crucial.
• You should have a deep understanding of Commercial Lines LOB (Line of Business), including UI, Edits, and Forms.
• The ability to debug and implement rating logic is essential, as well as proficiency in developing forms for Quotes, Rating Worksheets, Declarations, and sub-forms, including handling merge fields.
• Experience working with the Example Suite (including Example Author, Express, Server, TransAct, and Util) is necessary.
• You should also have familiarity with Trace Monitor and SQL Server to support troubleshooting and enhancing the performance of the system.
