Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow applications. Monitor and optimize ServiceNow performance. Develop and maintain ServiceNow security policies and procedures. Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other systems. Lead a Team of ServiceNow Developers .

Minimum 6 years of experience in ServiceNow Development (Must)

Minimum 6+ years overall IT experience (Must)

Strong knowledge in ServiceNow development using most of the ServiceNow tools and features such as Business Rule, Script Include, Client Scripts, UI Policies, AJAX, Glide Scripting, Java Scripting, Jelly Scripting, Angular JS, Widgets, Workflow, Catalog Development, UI Page, UI Scripts, UI Action, Inbound Action, Notifications, REST & SOAP APIs, Workflow Custom Activities, SQL, Database (Must).

Service Portal Development (Widgets, Angular JS, Server Scripting, Client Scripting, HTML, DHTML, CSS, Pages, Portal Configuration)

Integration of ServiceNow with external tools using Web Services & REST APIs

Strong knowledge on ServiceNow platform and support complex projects.

Train and mentor junior developers

Must have experience on ITSM ITAM ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event management)

ServiceNow Certificates CSA, CAD and CIS (Must)
