The candidate will help us raise the quality bar for modern, Microsoft-first products. As a Technical QA Engineer / SDET, you’ll blend hands-on testing, automation, and code‑level debugging to ship reliable, high‑impact features in an Agile team that values ownership and craft.
What you’ll do
- Debug issues at the code level using C#, .NET tooling, logs, and profilers to isolate root causes fast.
- Design, write, and maintain automated tests with xUnit, NUnit, MSTest, or SpecFlow.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT cycles aligned to clear acceptance criteria.
- Create UAT plans, coordinate with business stakeholders, and drive sign‑off.
- Translate requirements into test plans, traceable test cases, and crisp defect reports.
- Collaborate daily with developers to improve testability, quality, performance, and reliability.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement across the STLC.
- Support testing for Blazor and other Microsoft ecosystem UI components.
- Validate APIs, integrations, and CI / CD quality gates end‑to‑end.
What you’ll bring
Strong proficiency in .NET and C#, with proven debugging and code analysis skills.Solid foundation in functional testing, UAT processes, and QA documentation.Hands-on experience with at least one .NET test framework : xUnit, NUnit, MSTest, or SpecFlow.Working knowledge of API testing, integration workflows, and CI / CD pipelines.Clear, confident communication with both technical and business stakeholders.Nice to have
