Job description

E-commerce & Digital Promotions Manager

Merge online selling expertise with strategic digital marketing to drive visibility and enrollment for online programs. Craft customer journeys that convert and campaigns that deliver value! Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) : E-commerce Management

  • Manage and optimize product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
  • Oversee online store operations, order processing, inventory, and customer service.
  • Monitor e-commerce analytics to improve conversion rates and user experience.

Online Program Promotion

  • Strategize and execute digital campaigns to promote online training programs.
  • Use targeted ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) to drive course sign-ups and leads.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop lead magnets, webinars, and email funnels.

    • Performance & Analytics

  • Track KPIs such as traffic, CTR, CAC, and ROAS.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms.
  • Provide weekly reports and optimize campaigns based on performance data.

    • Collaboration & Growth

  • Work closely with training teams to understand course value propositions.
  • Identify partnership or affiliate opportunities to expand reach.
  • Coordinate with tech teams to ensure seamless user experience across funnels.
