Category Lead – Oil || 4-12 years || B2B || CTC upto 25 Lakhs

We are seeking a Category Lead – Oil to manage end-to-end category operations including sourcing, procurement, vendor management, and demand planning.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the sourcing and procurement of oil category materials in alignment with business goals.
• Develop and implement category strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supply reliability.
• Drive demand planning and forecasting in coordination with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, and production).
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers; ensure supplier compliance and performance monitoring.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on price trends, supply risks, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with the supply chain and planning teams to ensure smooth material availability and inventory management.
• Generate periodic reports on category performance, spend analytics, and supplier KPIs.
