About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Operations Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our legal team. The role focuses on document management, tracking, coordination and follow-ups for US real estate and compliance related matters, primarily involving California and New York.

This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable providing legal support to lawyers in a corporate setup through structured administrative work and coordination in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Organize, maintain and update legal documents, contracts, regulatory developments, legal updates and reference materials.
• Maintain trackers for litigation management, compliance tasks and ongoing projects.
• Follow up with internal teams for documents, information, and status updates.
• Support pre-litigation processes by compiling and organizing documentation for internal review.
• Ensure legal records are accurate, current and easily retrievable.
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team.
