Residential Construction Designer

Omaxe Homes is a leading developer of residential construction projects in India.

We are seeking an experienced Draftsperson to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for residential construction projects in India.

Proficiency in Revit is essential for this role.

• Experience in creating technical drawings and plans for residential construction projects such as Banking drawings, Contract drawings and working drawings
• Knowledge of NCC building codes and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with 3D modeling software is a plus
• Degree or certification in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field
