Site Engineer - Real Estate - Layout

Job description

Project Planning & Design Interpretation

Interpret technical drawings : and specifications to understand the project scope.
Assist in site preparation , including surveying, leveling, clearing, and grading of the open plot.
Develop and manage work schedules : and daily progress programs.

On-Site Management & Supervision

Oversee all on-site activities , ensuring they align with project design, specifications, and timeline.

Manage the site workforce , including subcontractors and laborers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders .

Ensure the site remains safe and organized .

Technical & Quality Control

Verify the quality of materials : and ensure they meet project specifications.

Conduct quality assurance checks : on various work items, such as excavation, formwork, and reinforcement.

Provide technical guidance : and troubleshoot any technical difficulties that arise.

Maintain accurate records : of project data, daily activities, and reports.

Resource & Cost Management

Oversee the procurement and requisition of materials and equipment .

Monitor project progress : and track expenses to ensure adherence to budget.

Manage site-specific costs : and prepare progress reports for management.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations : on site.

Identify and mitigate potential site hazards .

Liaise with local authorities : to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Education

Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech / B.E)
