L2 Support Engineer – MSP Experience Preferred
Location : Infopark, Kochi

We're looking for an experienced Level 2 Support Engineer to join our growing IT support team at Infopark, Kochi. You'll get to work on exciting and challenging projects with Australian clients , providing end-to-end technical support and solutions across diverse IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Admin Center).
- Handle Veeam Backup configuration, troubleshooting, and monitoring.
- Provide remote access support using tools like TeamViewer .
- Monitor and manage systems via BMS (Kaseya) and maintain documentation in IT Glue .
- Deliver general server support , including setup, troubleshooting, and Windows Server / Onsite Domain Controller configurations.
- Administer and support RDS servers, Gateways, and File Servers .
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support (preferably with an MSP ).Strong understanding of Windows Server , Microsoft 365 administration , and network fundamentals .Experience with remote monitoring tools (Kaseya preferred) and backup management (Veeam).Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and client communication skills.What We Offer
