L1 - Cloud Support Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Support Engineer to join our cloud team. In this role, you will

be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure.

You will work closely with senior engineers and development teams to ensure stable and

efficient cloud operations, providing support across AWS, Azure environments.

Responsibilities

  Monitor cloud infrastructure and respond to alerts and incidents.

  Troubleshoot issues related to compute, storage, networking, and cloud services.

  Support and execute cloud deployment and maintenance tasks.

  Automate routine tasks using scripting and cloud-native automation tools.

  Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for internal and client-facing cloud environments.

  Collaborate with project teams during migrations and configuration rollouts.

  Ensure adherence to cloud security and compliance policies.

  Document operational procedures, incident resolutions, and knowledge base articles.

Qualifications

  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  6 months–1 year of experience in a cloud support, IT infrastructure, or system

administration role.

  Hands-on experience with one or more public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor).

  Basic knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and scripting (Python, Bash,

PowerShell).

  Good understanding of cloud networking, storage, and access control.

  Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.

  Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Azure Administrator)

preferred.
