SAP Test Lead / Manager

The SAP Test Lead / Manager will manage and drive SAP functional solution delivery across multiple projects. This role requires strong leadership capabilities to guide teams collaborate with customer and internal stake holders and ensure adherence to organizational and automation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP functional teams to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions across assigned projects.
• Experience in leading / managing SAP Testing engagements
• Experience in managing testing engagement with different SAP functional modules like SD MM FI
• Collaborate closely with Customer and other key stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure functional alignment.
• Drive adherence to automation processes and standards in coordination with automation and QA teams.
• Oversee functional design configuration documentation and testing activities.
• Provide direction mentoring and support to team members to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Ensure cross-team communication and smooth coordination across functional technical and automation teams.
• Capture and present project statistics ROI benefits and key learnings from automation or process-improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management communication and leadership skills.
