• Oversee Windows 10 / 11 configuration profiles, compliance policies, and app deployment via Intune.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device enrollment, application deployment, and policy enforcement in Intune.
• Develop, test, and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks across the IT infrastructure.
