Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven CSR & Fundraising Executive with hands-on experience in corporate fundraising, CSR partnerships, and proposal development. This role focuses on building strategic relationships with corporates and foundations, driving funding opportunities, and strengthening the organization’s long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Business Development

• Lead fundraising efforts to secure CSR and philanthropic funds from corporates, foundations, and HNIs.
• Develop and deliver persuasive funding proposals, concept notes, and presentations tailored to donor requirements.
• Create and execute annual fundraising strategies with clear targets and milestones.
• Drive renewal and upsell opportunities with existing donors through strong relationship management.
