The ideal candidate will have prior branch or frontline experience in wealth management or private banking, with a strong understanding of mutual funds, financial planning, and compliance frameworks.

Role Overview :
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand client goals, financial situations, and risk tolerance to develop tailored wealth strategies.
- Conduct regular meetings and portfolio reviews to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Financial & Investment Advisory
Develop personalized financial and investment plans covering asset allocation, retirement, tax, and estate planning.Recommend suitable products across equities, bonds, mutual funds, alternates (PMS, AIFs, PE), and insurance.Monitor and rebalance client portfolios periodically to reflect market conditions and evolving client objectives.Stay updated on market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging financial products to provide informed advice.Business Development & Revenue Growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and client expansion.Contribute to SIP book development and firm-level revenue growth targets.Demonstrate proactive engagement in client acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling wealth management solutions.Operational Excellence & Compliance
Ensure all investment recommendations and client transactions comply with regulatory and internal standards (KYC, FATCA, AML, etc.).Maintain meticulous records, documentation, and reporting as per firm protocols.Collaborate with internal teams and external experts (legal, tax, estate planning) to deliver integrated wealth solutions.Promote digital adoption for client servicing, portfolio monitoring, and performance tracking.What We’re Looking For
3+ years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Financial Advisory.Proven success in managing HNI client portfolios and delivering goal-based investment solutions.Strong understanding of financial planning, portfolio management, and investment products.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.Analytical mindset with strategic thinking and business development capability.Sound knowledge of Indian tax laws, regulatory norms, and compliance frameworks.Client-centric approach, high integrity, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setup.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related fields.Preferred qualifications : MBA, CFA, CFP, or CWM.Strong academic record and long-term interest in the wealth management domain.Proficiency in financial planning tools, portfolio management software, and MS Office.Based in Delhi / NCR (preferred).
