What Youll Do :

• Provide Level 2 Citrix support across Workspace, Storefront, Director, Studio, ADC, Gateway, and more.
• Manage VMware vCenter / ESXi, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs.
• Partner with security & dev teams to enhance reliability, performance, and security.
• Drive process improvements & infrastructure solutions .
• Collaborate with vendors and guide internal teams on technical solutions.
