Job Duties :
A Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant specializes in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions to meet business needs.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to design and configure D365 F&O solutions.
- Customize modules such as Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory , Warehouse Management and Human Resource.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure functionality.
- Provide user training, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams for seamless integration.
- Document system configurations and business process flows.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields; a Master’s or certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are preferred.2–8+ years of experience in ERP implementation or consulting roles.Finance / Retail Accounting, Pricing / Discounts, Supply Chain with considerable Hands-On experienceExperience supporting a retail environment specifically for in-store supportStrong business analysis and project management capabilities.Proficiency in end-to-end implementation cycles (design to deployment).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to adapt to changing environments and work independently or as part of a team.This role is vital for organizations aiming to modernize processes and optimize their ERP systems.This position pays between 20-50 LPA depending on level of experience
