Responsibilities

• Provide personalized financial solutions and advice to customers, tailored to their unique needs and goals
• Assist customers with account opening, fund transfers, bill payments, and other banking transactions
• Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend relevant products and services to customers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations
• Collaborate with other teams within the bank to provide seamless customer service
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
