What You Will Do
Business Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Evaluate current processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate requirement prioritization and manage stakeholder expectations.
Project Management
Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and risk strategies.Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones and deadlines.Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders.Monitor project performance, proactively address risks, and resolve issues.Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.Present executive summaries highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement process enhancements for efficiency and quality.Participate in post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and best practices.What Will You Need
6+ years of experience in Project Management within IT services.Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).Skills Required
