Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports. Present executive summaries highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations. Identify and implement process enhancements for efficiency and quality. Participate in post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and best practices. 6+ years of experience in Project Management within IT services. Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
