Location : Gurugram (In-office) Shift : 5 : 30 PM – 2 : 30 AM IST

Experience : 1 – 4 years

Compensation : ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month

About the Role

We’re hiring Rental Verification Analysts to support a US-based platform that helps property managers verify tenants and prevent fraud. You’ll ensure that each rental application is accurate, complete, and processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Review rental applications and attached documents.

Verify ID, income, and rental history for accuracy.

Coordinate with property managers or applicants to gather missing details.

Maintain accurate records in internal systems and trackers.

Follow established SOPs for underwriting and document handling.

Requirements

2 + years in real-estate operations, documentation, or verification roles .

Strong written communication skills.

Tech-savvy; comfortable using multiple tools / CRMs.

High ownership and attention to detail.

Willing to work US business hours.

Good to Have

Experience with US or international property / leasing processes.

Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
