About the Role

We’re looking for a Workday Techno-Functional Consultant to take ownership of configuration, integration, and continuous improvement across the Workday platform.

This is a hands-on role that bridges technical expertise and functional knowledge, supporting the full hire-to-retire lifecycle while driving enhancements across HCM, Time & Absence, and Payroll modules.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both Workday configuration and system integrations, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for improving user experience and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Workday lifecycle — from implementation through continuous support and optimization.
• Configure and enhance Workday HCM, Time & Absence, and Payroll modules, ensuring scalability and compliance.
• Partner with HR, People Engineering, and business leaders to translate functional needs into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain business processes, calculated fields, custom reports, dashboards, and security groups.
• Lead or support integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs, ensuring data accuracy and seamless connectivity.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Learning, and Performance modules.
• Perform system health checks, monitor tenant performance, and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Tier-1 and cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and resolve user issues efficiently.
• Contribute to ongoing platform governance, documentation, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
